The Authenticx API provides two endpoints for submitting customer interactions for processing and analysis.
- /Media/Upload
- /TextMedia/Upload
Both endpoints accept metadata alongside the interaction content to describe the recording, identify the agent involved, and associate the interaction with your organization's reporting hierarchy.
Both endpoints require a multipart/form-data request format.
