The Metadata endpoints provide access to conversation records stored in the platform. Use them to retrieve conversations by date range, media type, and other filter criteria, and to update the metadata fields on individual conversation records after upload.
These endpoints are commonly used as the starting point for locating specific conversations before fetching transcripts, evaluation results, or classifier insights from other endpoints.
The
Idfield on each record is the conversation identifier. Pass it to the Transcriptions, Insights, or Evaluations endpoints to retrieve further data for that conversation.
