As each call or chat is processed, Authenticx pulls the associated Salesforce record and attaches your chosen fields, making CRM data searchable, filterable, and reportable alongside transcripts and insights.

Install the Authenticx managed package to embed conversation intelligence directly into your Salesforce environment. Lightning components surface call summaries, sentiment analysis, real-time agent guidance, and post-call insights within Health Cloud and Service Cloud Voice.
