Genesys Cloud

Authenticx offers an out-of-the-box connector with Genesys. Calls can be uploaded from Genesys, directly to Authenticx, via API. This is a simple, out-of-the-box configuration that can be completed with minimal technical lift.

Configure directly within Authenticx

Call Sourcing:

Access is granted via API Key and API Secret. Call length minimums (or maximums) can be configured in Authenticx to dictate the types of calls delivered into the system. Queue IDs can be used to specify where calls can be pulled from.

Metadata Mapping:

Configure the metadata fields you want to be ingested in the Authenticx platform.

Categorize your calls to simplify conversation organization

Configure calls to be grouped at the Agent or Transfer by Agent level:

  • Agent Level: select an agent and view all conversations they took part in
  • Transfer by Agent: view at the call level, and see every agent involved via transfer
