- Agent: Profile for a service representative associated with interactions and performance/evaluation records.
- Evaluations: Scoring records applied to interactions, including outcomes, rubric/question results, and reviewer context.
- Hierarchy: Organizational structure nodes (for example, team/department/group) used for filtering, reporting, and access scope.
- Media: Uploaded interaction content (audio/chat files) plus file-level processing state and technical metadata.
- Metadata: Structured attributes attached to interactions/media (for example, timestamps, tags, call properties, custom fields).
- Interactions: The core conversation/event record that links participants, media, metadata, and analysis outputs.
- Conversations: A grouped thread or multi-direction communication (for example, a multi-message chat or multi-turn contact) treated as one analytical unit for context, trend analysis, and reporting. Could include humans, humans and AI agents or just AI agents.
- Classifier: A model-defined category system that labels interaction content (for example, intents, topics, outcomes, or custom tags) so data can be filtered, trended, and analyzed consistently.
- Roles: Permission bundles that define what users can view/do in the platform and API.
- User: Authenticated platform user account and identity details.
- UserHierarchy: Assignment mapping between users and hierarchy nodes used to scope visibility and permissions.
- Workflows: Automation rules and configurations that trigger actions/notifications based on interaction conditions.
