What is SFTP?
SFTP stands for Secure File Transfer Protocol and, as the name suggests, allows for transferring files securely. What this really entails is connecting to a remote server and transferring or downloading files to/from the remote server.
It is important to note the difference between local and remote. Local refers to your computer and remote refers to the server/computer you connected to.
SFTP is extremely important because it allows you to securely transfer interaction files and metadata to Authenticx for processing.
