Configure directly within Authenticx

Interaction Filtering:

Access to interactions is secured via AWS IAM credentials. You can specify the Amazon Connect instances and queues from which interactions are sourced.

Authenticx also empowers you to determine which calls should be ingested. Configure call length minimums or maximums to ensure relevant data is captured.

Metadata Mapping:

Configure the metadata fields you want to be ingested in the Authenticx platform.

Categorize your calls to simplify conversation organization

Configure calls to be grouped at the Agent or Transfer by Agent level:

• Agent Level: select an agent and view all conversations they took part in
• Transfer by Agent: view at the call level, and see every agent involved via transfer
